I think this Wellbeing Check-in is a positive and proactive thing to do this. It is a good chance to reflect on some of the things that we’re doing well. Actually saying them out loud is quite a good thing – we’re doing well!
I think it is valuable to do these Wellbeing Check-ins. Sometimes staff can tend to keep going and you may not know they’re having difficulties. I appreciate the opportunity to carve out time to spend time thinking about these things.
This session is valuable and shows support for people in these times and the position they’re in. It’s always useful for people to feel listened to.
This is a wonderful opportunity and the first time a Wellbeing Check-in like this has happened. Would be good to do this at middle management level as well. I hope we get to do it again. Thank you – I really appreciate it.
The process was simple and well-executed. Regular connections with the wellbeing coach to know the interviews were on track were helpful. The balance of broad insights and suggested actions were well balanced with specific needs of some individuals.
The wellbeing check-ins were sensitively managed from start to finish. The staff felt that it was personal, confidential and they shared how they were feeling in genuine ways. The feedback that was collated was timely, clear, helpful, paving the way for reflection and future options. It was an easy way to provide a real way to support staff, to check their wellbeing and it didn’t leave you wondering how everyone was managing and if you should do more, you now know!
